Product reviews for Pinecone Berries

I purchased the Pinecone Berries runner rug at Farm Way in Bradford VT and totally love it. Before I purchased it I bought two of the same rugs (2x3 I think)at the Manchester warehouse sale and am sad to hear this size has been discontinued. I'd really like another one in this size but guess I'm out of luck. They vacuum up nicely and look fabulous.

I was disappointed in the quality of the needlework in the "Pinecones and Berries" chairpads I received and I called and spoke with Robin, your Customer Service Representative. She was very helpful and I will exchange them for ones she went to the Warehouse to inspect and recommended. Robin is an excellent interface with your customers and I would give her 5 stars. The promptness of my receipt of the original shipment was also excellent. I am looking forward to receiving the replacement chairpads Robin suggested and will return the original ones immediately after I receive their replacements. Again, your customer service employee Robin is excellent at her job and your shipping department is first rate. I would definitely order products from you again in the future because of those two factors.
