To be considered for a wholesale account, you must be a reseller/retailer with an active-ongoing business.

To be considered, you must include the following information in the "details box" below:

1. Business Class: corporation, proprietorship, partnership 
2. Business Type: furniture store, gift shop, interior designer, on-line retailer, catalog retailer, other
3. Requested Terms: credit card, COD, Net 30, Proforma
4. Length of time in business
5. Business website if your have one.
6. State re-sale tax number
